Approximately one year after the verdict against a doctor for rape of two patients at the Untermain, the man will appear in court again. According to the Aschaffenburg Public Prosecutor's Office, this time the charges include sexual exploitation during a consultative, therapeutic, or care relationship, as well as rape. The victims were reportedly two patients of the 53-year-old man, with the time of the offenses determined to be February 2021 and September 2022. The trial is scheduled to begin at the Landgericht on September 9 and could end on September 10.
In October of the previous year, the court sentenced the cardiologist to two years and ten months in prison and also banned him from practicing medicine for women for three years. The defendant admitted to the charges in the first trial.

According to an expert opinion, this was not medically necessary. The judiciary considers penetration of a body without consent to be rape.
Another patient was forced to grab the doctor's hand in September 2022 against her will. The Public Prosecutor's Office in Aschaffenburg is responsible for pursuing charges against the doctor for acts of rape, sexual exploitation, and other criminality, as reported by various victims in 2021 and 2022.
The defendant, who had previously been banned from practicing medicine for women after being convicted of rape, is now under investigation for new allegations of sexual exploitation and rape, further tarnishing his professional reputation in the medical field of Bavaria.
