Information for Victims of Sexual Abuse:

If you have been a victim of sexual abuse, it is vital to know that you are not alone, and that help is available. Reporting a Crime:

The Victims Charter provides instructions on how to report a crime, including measures such as reporting the crime to An Garda Sochána, the investigation process, and the possibility of prosecution. It also explains how to file a complaint with An Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (GSOC) and how victims of crime can seek compensation through the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal.
